Just at the end of the viaduct is Burns Street (Firehouse on the corner)
Turn left on to Burns Street - Modern Manufacturing (M&S) is at the end of the street on the left side (Tan Building)
FROM THE SOUTH ON 75
Take 75 North to the Linn Street/River Road Exit
Follow sign to River Road Exit – take the River Road exit
Go to the bottom of the ramp – Burns Street is the second Street on the right
Turn Right on Burns Street.
Modern Manufacturing (M&S) is the corner building on the right.
