Bench top shall be constructed of 12 Ga. mild steel 12” wide. Maximum length of bench to be 10’.
Bench top shall display a 1 ½” flange on all four sides.
All corners and joints shall be welded and ground smooth.
Bench supports shall be constructed of 2” x 2” x 10 Ga. wall mild steel tube securely welded to the bench top. Each support will have two (2) 7/16” diameter holes for fastening to the floor.
Bench supports shall be no more than 4 feet on center

All mild steel shall receive one (1) shop coat of rust-inhibitive metal primer. Field finish paint, color as selected by architect. Stainless steel available upon request.
