Desk top to be constructed of 12 Ga., type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish.
Desk top shall have a 1” flange on all four sides. Back flange shall display a ½” radius on both corners.
Body of desk shall be formed from 12 Ga. steel. A 12 Ga. shelf shall be located beneath the desk top.
Seat shall be formed from 14 Ga. stainless steel and be 10” x 15”. Stainless steel seat shall be reinforced with 12 Ga. steel drawn to a depth of 1” to fit total inside contour of seat top. Reinforcement plate shall be securely welded to stainless steel seat top.
Swing arm support shall be constructed of 1 ½” x 2 ¼” x 3/16” oval tubing securely welded to hinge assembly and reinforcement plate of seat. For safety, seat assembly will be constructed so that entire assembly will swing automatically under desk top when not in use. Hinge design shall provide for stopping of seat movement in both directions of travel.
All joints shall be welded and ground smooth.
Unit shall be free of all sharp edges.
