Construction

Shelf shall be constructed of 12 Ga. Mild Steel Front edge of shelf shall display a 1” return flange with a hemmed edge. Shelf shall be constructed of one piece. Back plate of shelf shall be constructed of 10 Ga. mild steel. Unit will have six (6) ½” diameter holes for mounting unit to the wall. Body of hook shall be constructed of 10 Ga. mild steel. Hook shall be constructed on ¼” mild steel and be cadmium plated with a clear seal. Hook assembly shall be safety type collapsible which is designed to break away under a heavy load.

All mild steel shall receive one (1) shop coat of rust-inhibitive metal primer. Field finish paint, color as selected by architect.
